Before we can control usage and spend it is important to establish a baseline to enable correct targeting. Planning at this stage will also specify the technological measures required. Once completed Frontline Smart Energy will outline a menu of options designed to reduce your spend, to include:
•Technical energy and water surveys;
•Interrogation of BMS controls for heating, cooling and lighting;
•Operational review of key plant such as boilers and refrigeration;
•Development or optimisation of heating and cooling strategies for HVAC plant
•Bill analysis to ensure tariffs and contracts are appropriate
•Suitability of alternative energy sources and/or suppliers
